”My mother is getting such wonderful care! The CNA helped her get cleaned up this morning and get dressed—very caring! Mom’s nurse this today took time to answer my questions and attended so sweetly to mom. I see many staff working diligently, several custodians cleaning rooms and floors! Staff shortages at mom’s previous long term care facility made for lack of cleanliness and lack of attention to patients. I am so grateful that she is getting excellent care and attention. And I’m very happy she is finally in the right facility!!!"
